6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy or completeness of property listings.

  • Authenticity of information shared by users.

  • Disputes between brokers, buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.

  • Failed transactions or business losses.

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

Users are responsible for independently verifying all property information before proceeding with any transaction.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, YES2BROKERS does not guarantee continuous availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or improve our services.

  • Temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property
